Career highlights

I have been working for 20 year as a studio or live engineer in the music industry. As I was working as an assistant or engineer in the Studios la Buissonne, famous for its acoustic recordings in the south of France, my adress book grew up and i eventually left this studio to go to work for artists who needed my skylls, mainly in jazz music. In 2012 years ago, I choose to make some changes and began to work for pop music. I worked with a young rapper called Gaël Faye and now with pop singer Jeanne Added.

I worked wth a lot of jazz artists or labels all around the globe such as Louis Sclavis, Michel Portal, Paul Motian, Marc Ducret, Peter Erskine, Pat Metheny, Youn Sun Nah, Yaron Herman, Vincent Courtois, the French National Orchestra, ECM, Sketch, Enja, ACT, Blue Note, UniversalJazz.

Favorite DPA Microphones

My favorite ones are d:facto 4018 version linear for vocals (lead vocals and choir), 2011 for any parts of a drums form kick drums to Hi-hat, d:dicate 4011C for cymbals.
